We are also registered with the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
Our main office is in Taipei and we have branch offices in Hsinchu, Taichung and Kaohsiung. We have approximately 280 employees in Taiwan.

In Taiwan we have achieved ISO 9001 and 27001 and certification every year since 2016. We have also take measure to ensure that we comply with GDPR, cybersecurity and ISQM1. The final report gives a non-discriminatory opinion on a timely basis and provides clients with proposals for improvement. The work is completed in accordance with recognized accounting principles. This gives clients and other parties who rely on financial data a safeguard that the data is reliable.
Grant Thornton Taiwan employs experts who specialize in tax laws and regulations as well as transfer pricing. An emphasis is placed on resolving clients' problems in a timely manner. Grant Thornton Taiwan has the expertise to handle inbound investment applications including company formation and to set up branch offices, representative offices, and liaison offices. The firm also handles updating of statutory records for clients as well as applying for special permit and trademark registrations.
